Driving Directions

We are on Bankers Hill, between Hillcrest and Downtown San Diego. Our location at 2333 First Avenue is a medical building with a large red awning. The awning has the number 2333 on it in white. You can reach us from anywhere in San Diego County as follows:

Coming from the north on Interstate 5: Exit I-5 south at Laurel Street ramp. Turn left on Laurel Street, proceed up hill. Turn right on First Avenue. Building is one and a half blocks ahead on your left.

Coming from the north on the 163 freeway: Exit 163 at University Ave. Go straight at light at end of ramp; you are now driving southbound on Sixth Ave. Turn right at light at Laurel St. Turn left at First Avenue. Building is one and a half blocks ahead on your left.

Coming from the south on Interstate 5: Exit I-5 north at Sixth Avenue ramp. Turn right onto Sixth Avenue. Balboa Park will be on your right as you drive north on Sixth Ave. Turn left at light at Laurel St. Turn left on First Avenue. Building is one and a half blocks ahead on your left.

Coming from the east on Interstate 8: Exit I-5 south at Laurel Street ramp. Turn left on Laurel Street, proceed up hill. Turn right on First Avenue. Building is one and a half blocks ahead on your left.

Coming from the east on the 94 freeway: Take 94 west to I-5 northbound exit. Proceed as described above in "Coming from the south on Interstate 5."

Coming from the west on Interstate 8: Take 8 eastbound to Interstate 5 southbound. Preoceed as described above in "Coming from the north on Interstate 5."
