Counselor's introduction - I believe that "life is a process, not an event." As we go through different life transitions, our need to grow does not stop. I believe the process of therapy can help guide us through the rough patches in our lives. The richness in life comes from the relationships we have with ourselves and with other people in our lives. My goal is to facilitate and nurture the efforts of my clients to achieve this richness.

I provide my clients with a place where they can share their thoughts, feelings, and viewpoints without the threat of criticism or judgment. This confidential environment allows my clients to explore themselves and their relationships with others in order to facilitate the growth process.
