Counselor's introduction - At 35 years old I felt stuck, lost, unhappy, and unable to appreciate myself in a relationship. I was suffering.

Then, I met a therapist.

I have since graduated “Magna Cum Laude” from college with a BS in Behavioral Sciences and from Graduate School with a Master in Marital and Family Therapy.

Today I am 47 years old, a MFT intern and a Domestic Violence group facilitator.

Throughout therapy sessions I offer patients and couples, a safe environment to explore different perspectives of their self-identities, their relationships, moreover their perceptions of their families of origin. My therapeutic work is based on my life experience, education, training and my respectful appreciation of relationships, happiness and the love for life in the moment.

I will guide you through corrective emotional experiences during the therapeutic process as far as I have been in mine during the last 12 years.
